Claude connector
Connect Shortflow to Claude with OAuth — no key to copy, no config file.
Shortflow is available as a remote MCP connector. You sign in to Shortflow from Claude, pick a workspace, and approve. Claude then works inside that workspace.

Connect
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector (or find Shortflow in the connector directory).
- Enter the server URL above and continue.
- Your browser opens the Shortflow consent screen. Sign in if needed.
- Pick the workspace Claude may use, read what it will be allowed to do, and choose Allow.
- Back in Claude, ask: "Show me my Shortflow workspace." Claude calls
get_workspaceand answers.
Only the owner or an admin of a workspace can connect it. The connector is tied to that one workspace; it cannot see your other workspaces.
What Claude can do
Fourteen tools, listed with their inputs in Tools:

Every tool carries a title and a read-only or destructive annotation, so Claude can ask you before it acts when your settings say so.
Safety defaults
- A publication created through the connector waits for your approval in the Shortflow dashboard. Claude cannot publish on its own through OAuth.
update_remote_videochanges a video's title, description, tags or privacy on YouTube. It is the one tool that edits something already public, and it is annotated as destructive.- Nothing is deleted by any tool.
- Access is checked on every call: if you leave the workspace or lose your admin role, the connector stops working immediately.

Limits
Calls are rate-limited by plan (Starter 60/min, Pro 300/min). The connector needs a plan with MCP enabled: Starter or above, including the 7-day trial.
Disconnect
- In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Shortflow → Disconnect. Claude stops using the connection.
- To cut access from Shortflow's side, remove the person from the workspace or lower their role below admin: the next call is refused. Access tokens last one hour and refresh tokens 30 days, and neither works once membership is gone.
