Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Shortflow (shortflow.leandre.io). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them in full.

1. The service

Shortflow is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and web dashboard that lets an authenticated user publish, schedule and track videos on YouTube and TikTok via those platforms' official APIs.

2. Account

  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have your legal representative's consent to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the actions performed through your account, including API calls made with your sk_live_* keys.
  • We reserve the right to suspend any account in case of fraud, abuse, infringement of a third party's rights, or breach of these terms.

3. Third-party platforms

Using the YouTube and TikTok features is subject to those platforms' own terms, which you accept by connecting to them through Shortflow:

Shortflow acts as a third-party client of those APIs. We are not affiliated with Google/YouTube or TikTok and do not represent them. Any change to their APIs or terms may impact the service without notice.

4. Published content

You remain the sole owner of and responsible for the content you publish through Shortflow. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights (authorship, related rights, image rights, trademarks) and you agree not to publish unlawful content (hate speech, child sexual abuse material, defamation, copyrighted content without authorization, etc.).

Shortflow does not pre-moderate content. Any clear breach of the law or of the destination platforms' terms (YouTube, TikTok) results in immediate account suspension.

5. Pricing and billing

  • Prices are listed in USD, exclusive of any applicable taxes, on /pricing.
  • Monthly or annual auto-renewal depending on the plan you pick. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • No refund is owed for a partially used period unless required by law.
  • On payment failure, a 3-day grace window applies before automatic downgrade to the free plan.

6. Limitation of liability

Shortflow is provided "as is" with no absolute availability guarantee. Our liability is capped at the amounts actually paid during the 12 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, content rejected by a third-party platform, etc.).

7. Suspension and termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from the settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, persistent payment failure, or abuse of the service (fraud, unlawful content, runaway quota usage).
  • Upon termination, your data is erased within 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain (billing records: 10 years).

8. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms at any time. Material changes are notified by email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their performance falls under the jurisdiction of the courts within the Paris Court of Appeal, unless overriding mandatory law provides otherwise.
